In an effort to bring our clients the best and most relevant information we can, we have dedicated a page to providing a new and interesting topic each month that REALTORS® and or Lenders would benefit from. If you have something you have been wondering about and haven’t had to time to do the research on, please submit your request through the link below and make sure you title it for the FYI Page. All submissions will be considered and may or may not be used. Any research that we find will be posted if we choose that topic and will be from an outside third party. Real Estate Marketing Tips

Property Marketing:
Sellers are becoming more and more suspicious of commission rates. Outlining a compelling plan to market their property for a quick sale will provide value to help you maitain a healthy commission.

Personal Promotion:
A personal brand is so much more than a catchy slogan. What do you have to offer that is not only different but more valuable than anyone else they could work with? Your personal differentiator should become your brand.

For ideas on how to position yourself, study other successful professionals. What does your doctor, attorney or other professionals do in their advertising and interaction to repeatedly earn your trust?

Let your business card serve a dual purpose by printing a retainable resource onthe back. A tip guide, mortgage calculator or calendar will ensure it gets held onto.

Staying Touch:
Customers will seldom spend more than a few seconds with a piece of promotional mail. these seconds can still be extremely valuable if you make sure your message and look is consistent with each piece you send them. Think of it as a subliminal reminder.

Different customers will respond differently tot he type of information you provide them. Since you won’t necessarily know what will work for each of them, mix up your mailings with a variety of information from home improvement tips to stats on recent home sales in their neighborhood.
