Founded in 1982 and locally owned, Grand Canyon Title Agency, Inc. has been providing Commercial and Residential Escrow Services, Title Insurance, Lender Services, Account Servicing, Trustee Sale Guarantee, Ownership & Real Estate Data Research to the valley for over 20 years.

Grand Canyon Title Agency, Inc. processes over eleven hundred transactions per month and handles escrow funds in excess of 50 million dollars monthly. The company is regulated by the Department of Insurance and the State Banking Department. Those two state agencies coupled with each of the five underwriters, audit the company annually, placing the company’s financial condition beyond reproach.

Our company customer base consists of Realtors, Commercial Brokers, Banks, Credit Unions, Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Companies, Homebuilders, Investors, Developers, Private property Owners, Federal, State, and Local Governments, Utilities and Attorneys.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Grand Canyon Title donates both time and money to several valley charities including, but not limited to - Habitat for Humanity, Desert Foothills Cave Creek, The Arizona Historical Society, Make A Wish Foundation, Easter Seals, Phoenix Metropolitan YMCA, The Boys and Girls Club, American Cancer Society, Girl Scouts, Teach for America, Brophy College Preparatory, Salvation Army, De Colores (in conjunction with the Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals), Community Housing Resources of Arizona, Phoenix Association of Realtors’ and Arizona Association of Realtors’ Various community outreach projects.
