Account Servicing

Account servicing is an additional service we provide designed to serve the ongoing need of the customer.  Although some customers only need assistance in their real estate transactions through the close of escrow, others may need assistance with their private loans or seller-assisted financing.  Account Servicing provides for an independant third party loan service to administer, collect and disburse funds between payor (buyer) and payees (seller/lender).   It is wise to use a neutral third party such as Account Servicing Agent, as they will maintain all records, process payments and keep important documents secure.  Rest assured that Grand Canyon Title Agency will maintain accurate bookkeeping records without partiality.

• Retain documents
• Accept and disburse payments

• Establish and maintain escrow accounts for payment of property taxes, insurance and/or assessments
• Document Custodian
• Payment processing, specific to your terms
• IRS reporting of Interest paid (1098)
• Detailed statements provided to all recipients at year end
• Processing of applicable release documents(s)
• Electronic Debit and Credit for payments (ACH)
